F.A.W.C. Truffle Trail 2017

Who doesn’t love truffle, one of the most luxurious ingredients in the world. Starting with a sniff and scratch at Sacre Monte Truffles, in Hawke’s Bay, guests followed clever truffle hunting dog Bear to forage for bounty before heading to luxury boutique lodge The Manse.
