Catering: is available on request and charged accordingly.

Number of guests: Only the guests, specified at the time of reservation, are permitted to stay ‘over night’.

Rates: Rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of 15% Goods and Services Tax.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss: These are the guests responsibility and will be charged accordingly.

Departure: the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival otherwise we will have to charge for extra cleaning at $ 50 an hour.

Check-out time: is 11:00am to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Different times on request.

Disturbance: Any disturbances to other guests or neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of your stay.

Guest Parties and Functions: are strictly prohibited, unless previously agreed. Note, extra fees apply to cover additional wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

Reservations: In order to confirm a reservation, we require a credit card number with expiry date as a guarantee. To confirm your booking a payment of 50% is required at time of booking and the balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. You will receive confirmation containing all relevant information and instructions.

Smoking: is not permitted inside the suites and rooms

Exclusivity: The suites are available for our guests use only

Cancellations: The Manse is an exclusive property, so late cancellations have a significant impact. In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking, the following applies:
•  50% of the total cost will be charged if a booking is cancelled between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival.
•  Should cancellation be received within the fourteen (14) days prior to arrival there will be a 100% charge for every room night cancelled.

Between the 15th December 2020 and the 15th January a different cancellation policy applies.
•  When cancelled between 60 and 30 days before arrival there will be a charge of 50% of the total cost of the booking.
•  Between 29 and 0 days of arrival, there will be a 100% charge for the total cost of the booking.

Privacy statement:
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Under no circumstances will the details of guests be shared amongst individuals nor be distributed to third party organisations without consent.

Data Security policy
Our online booking uses Payment Express DPS. DPS are fully certified as Visa AIS and MasterCard SDP (PCI-DSS) compliant at processor level; using an approved QSA for quarterly scans on systems and full onsite audits, annually. All sensitive information is encrypted with the 3DES protocol, with Atalla Network Security Processors.
