Truffles are one of the world’s great treats and we’re fortunate to know where to find them in Hawke’s Bay. You’ll be taken to Sacre Monte Truffles for a delightful truffle discovery with their especially trained dog, Teddy. Learn about the special growing environment and how truffles grow. Then it’s back to The Manse where Gary will prepare a mouth-watering three-course Truffle Lunch accompanied by matching wines.
